KiSP 2025 Year in Review – A New KiSP has Arrived
2025 was a year of refresh and renewal for KiSP. This year our clients and users probably saw some of the biggest changes to the KiSP brand in the 30 years our company has been in business. As we look back at the last 12 months, we’re proud of how far we’ve come and what we’ve been able to achieve. There’s a lot to look back and reflect on and we wanted to offer you a little snapshot of just what we’ve been up to this year.
So In a slightly condensed form, please check out our KiSP 2025 year in review.
A Brand New KiSP
This year KiSP underwent a dynamic rebrand across all our products and services. For the first time in 30 years we changed pretty much everything about our visual brand identity, all while still keeping client satisfaction and service at the top of mind.
A new logo, new brand colors, new messaging. The new modern visual identity matches our modern business direction with our focus on digital tools and services and the latest visualization technology and services.
The response to our new branding has been fantastic and we’re glad to see people react positively to the new KiSP. We plan to continue to allow you to thrive in three dimensions as we move forward into 2026.

Updates for the KITS collaborator
This year, KITS focused on one thing: making it easier for reps and dealers to actually use the platform in live sales situations. Not theoretical improvements. Real tools that save time and help move conversations forward.
Built for How Furniture Is Sold Today
All of these updates support the same goal. Helping sellers show ideas clearly, make changes live, and keep momentum through the sales process.
This year, KITS became more than a visualization tool. It became a clearer way to communicate intent, align teams, and move from concept to decision with confidence. We’ve grown the manufacturers, since June, from 117 manufacturers to 141
Clearer Visual Communication
One of the most meaningful improvements this year was better control over how ideas are shown. Updates like grain direction control and visual refinements helped spaces read more accurately and professionally. When a layout looks right, it builds confidence and reduces second guessing.
Image Annotation Changed the Game on Mobile
The biggest step forward this year was Image Annotation in The KITS collaborator Mobile Edition.
Users can now add notes, arrows, and highlights directly onto pre rendered 2D images. This turns a static image into a working sales tool.
Instead of explaining changes verbally or sending long follow up emails, reps can point directly to what matters. Highlight a feature. Call out a finish. Mark a requested change. Clients understand faster and decisions happen sooner.
Image Annotation also makes collaboration easier. Annotated images can be shared with clients and internal teams so everyone stays aligned without recreating layouts or building custom mockups.
It is a simple tool, but it has a real impact on how quickly deals move forward.
Practical Improvements That Save Time
We also made steady improvements to everyday workflows. List View updates made it easier to manage project details. Product configuration became more reliable. Performance improvements helped projects load and update faster.

Another Year of Exciting Events
As always, members of the KiSP team attended several events over the course of 2025 where we got to see the latest in furniture, design and more from some of the top minds of the industries. Below are some the events we want to highlight from the last year
NeoCon 2025
NeoCon continues to be the premier event for the furniture and design industry. We saw some great rising trends at this event and got some great face to face time with our peers in the industry.
This event also took place shortly after our rebrand and it was the first place where we got to show off the brand new KiSP in public. We want to thank everyone who stopped by during this event and for helping us share our vision for the future.

The CET Experience
At the CET Experience we had a couple members of our design team attend this event and they got the chance to see some brand new visualization technology (AI continues to play a big role in this years advances). They also had the opportunity to sit in on some informative keynote speeches on offer at the event.
We also had several members of our design team submit to the CET Awards this year and one of our designers event took home an award. Lucia Tanabe, won the peoples choice award under the category “Rendering vs. Reality”. And four other designers from KiSP were runner ups in the People’s Choice Rendering for Commercial Interiors. We are always so proud to see our team members recognized at such a large event in the visualization industry.
EdSpaces and Healthcare Design
In addition to large-scale industry events, KiSP also spent time in more specialized environments. At EdSpaces and HCD, Laura Alvarez represented KiSP and connected with professionals working in education and healthcare design.
These events highlighted the unique requirements of these sectors, from regulatory considerations to highly specific user needs. Laura had valuable conversations with manufacturers, independent reps, and design teams who operate in these spaces every day, reinforcing the importance of flexible, accurate visualization tools that support complex environments.
2026: Continuing to Innovate
As we look to the future in 2026, KiSP is poised to continue following through on our efforts to provide top tier products and services. We will work to continue to provide you with continuous updates and innovations that will position you to thrive in three dimensions.
We wish everyone a prosperous new year, and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for KiSP.
