Apple iPad + iOS
The KITS collaborator is compatible with the latest iOS (13.2.2 and 13.2.3) and the following iPad models:
- iPad Air 2
- iPad Air (3rd generation)
- iPad (5th, 6th, 7th generation)
- iPad Pro 12.9-in (1st, 2nd, 3rd generation)
- iPad Pro 9.7-in
- iPad Pro 10.5-in
- iPad Pro 11-in
The KITS collaborator is not compatible with iPad Mini devices.
There are significant differences between the iPad and iPad Pro such as size, weight, camera specs and display dimensions. Take a look at Apples iPad comparison chart to find the right model for you.

Microsoft Surface + Windows 10
The KITS collaborator is compatible with any device running the latest version of Windows 10. This includes all devices in the Microsoft Surface family, such as the Surface Laptop, Studio, Pro, Book 2 and their newest device, the Surface Go.
For optimal results, we recommend the Surface Pro Intel Core i7 (256GB SSD / 8GB RAM).
If you’re on a budget, the Surface Pro Intel Core i5 (128GB SSD / 4GB RAM) is available at a lower price point and is an appropriate option if the device is not your primary laptop/tablet in one. Keep in mind, the more hard disk space and RAM available, the better performance you will experience.
