KiSP provides a limited warranty for its services based on the following criteria:

  1. Accuracy and Quality Warranty:
KiSP Visualizations teams guarantee that the final rendering will meet the agreed-upon standards of accuracy and quality. This includes ensuring that the rendering matches the design plans and specifications provided by the client.
  2. Delivery Schedule Warranty:
KiSP commits to delivering the rendering within an agreed-upon timeframe. Delays may result in compensation or a discounted rate.
  3. Revision Policy:
The team outlines the number of revisions or edits included in the project cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  4. Data Security and Confidentiality:
KiSP promises to protect the confidentiality of the client’s project data, designs, and other sensitive information.
  5. Final Output Size and Resolution:
KiSP’s standard output size for rendered images is 8″x11″ at 72 dpi. The client should confirm this size before the final processing. If the client requires a larger size, it should be communicated before the final processing. In such cases, additional charges for resizing or adjustments may apply, and these charges will be determined based on the specific requirements of the resizing request. The client will be informed of these charges before resizing, allowing for full transparency and mutual agreement on any associated costs.
  6. Client Responsibilities:
The warranty should outline the client’s responsibilities, such as providing accurate design plans, reference materials, and other necessary information for the rendering process.
  7. Force Majeure Clause:
KiSP shall not be held liable for delays or deficiencies caused by situations beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or unforeseen events. These circumstances may impact the project’s timeline or quality, and KiSP cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.
  8. Liability for Changes:
KiSP takes no responsibility for changes to a project unless they are communicated in an agreed-upon manner and timeframe.
  9. Dimensions and Site Conditions:
The client is responsible for verifying dimensions and site conditions before placing orders.
  10. Client Communication:
KiSP requires the client to appoint a contact person to respond promptly to queries, posed by KiSP personnel, to avoid project delays.
  11. Content Usage after 3 Months:
After 3 months from the delivery date of the projects, Kisp may use the content for posts on social networks and digital platforms for marketing purposes. However, Kisp will make reasonable efforts to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of any sensitive client information.

* KiSP takes no responsibility for changes to a project unless they are communicated to KiSP in an agreed upon manner (paper, electronic transmission, disc) and a pre-agreed time frame for project return.

* The client will be responsible for checking correctness of product description and type, finishes and workstation counts received from KiSP, prior to placing their order for product. Customer shall verify and confirm all site conditions, dimensions, and suitability of products and applications consistent with published guidelines and applicable codes.

* KiSP will not be liable for any errors due to inaccuracies in dimensions provided by client. Corrections or changes to dimensions will be handled as a change order and may affect the dates for completion and delivery by KiSP.

* KiSP requires that the client appoint a person to be responsible to field questions and respond with answers to queries, posed by KiSP personnel, in a timely fashion. Questions not responded to (promptly) will result in delaying the completion of the project.

* For Spec Check requests, KiSP Inc liability shall be limited to the amount charged for Auditing services rendered for any project.
