Creating A VR Panorama

Now that you have enabled KITS XR, it’s time to create a VR Panorama.

Setting Your VR Target

The VR target is used to capture your initial front view and perspective of your VR panorama. All angles around the target are captured, but the direction of the blue arrow is what you and your client will see when first opening the VR panorama.

To place the target around your scene, tap to select and using one finger or your mouse, drag the target around your floor grid. To further adjust your target, use two fingers to rotate.

Tap to Create

Once you have positioned the target, tap KITS XR from the top navigation menu and then tap Create KITS VR – Good.

A notification will pop up Image Saved to the Pictures Folder for Windows 10 users, and Image Saved to the Photo Library for iPad users. KITS saves all your VR panoramas to your device. These VR Panoramas are also called cubemaps of your KITS project. When stitched together, it creates a full 360 view.
