KiSP will provide Subscriber with one or more subscriptions to use. The KITS collaborator™ Services as specifically set forth in The KITS collaborator™ – Master Terms of Service agreement and The KITS collaborator™ – Mobile Edition EULA (End User License Agreement).

Upon completion of this order form and when payment is processed, you will receive an invoice for your purchase prior to account activation. A KiSP representative will contact you with further instructions and to complete your account creation. Please allow 1-2 business days for account activation.
