How to Search for Manufacturer Catalog IDs
The Manufacturer Catalog ID is one of the required fields, similar to Manufacturer, that is required for adding Standards in SnapTracker. Catalog IDs help logically organize various product offerings within a Manufacturer.
The Catalog ID screen enables you to manage the Manufacturer Catalog IDs used across your SnapTracker site. The Catalog ID screen is pre-populated with a list of Catalog IDs when you begin using SnapTracker. The Catalog IDs are mapped to
the corresponding Manufacturer. Catalog IDs are set up once and accessible to all Customers on the site.
This screen enables you to conduct a search through all existing Manufacturer Catalog IDs to view details and last update dates. You may create new Manufacturer Catalog IDs, or make edits to the existing ones. You can also delete a Manufacturer Catalog ID in the screen if desired. Note: Manufacturer Catalog IDs can only be deleted if there are no Standards assigned to it.
