KISP INC.- Product End of Life Announcement for Honeywell PDAs
This notice serves as a formal announcement from KISP Inc. outlining the intent to discontinue service and support for all devices running Windows 5.0, 6.0 and 6.5 and the SnapTracker PPC application. The devices will be discontinued as per the schedule outlined below.

The PDAs listed above use older operating systems and technology. We respect the investment you have made in these scanners and are continuing to support them for as long as possible, but at the same time, technology is changing, making it increasingly difficult to maintain a secure environment and support these older devices. Additionally, Microsoft has discontinued development and support for the Windows Mobile Device Center on newer versions of Windows 10 which was the main mechanism used to upload the scanners. Many of you are now uploading to SnapTracker using Wi-Fi, but newer technology cannot support the older devices. KiSP Inc, has moved to supporting new Honeywell devices over the last year and a new SnapTracker app has been developed to run on these devices. |
