How to Always Show Color Finish in the Results Page?
Displaying the Color Finish column adds valuable information to the Quick Search results page that can help Users make a decision faster. Users have the option to select the Show Color Finish checkbox in the Quick Search filter. But by default, the checkbox is not selected.
Did you know that you can configure SnapTracker, so that the Color Finish column displays by default in the results page for the User? All you need to do is configure the Show Color Finish flag in the User Profile screen(accessed through Utilities > User Setup > User).
1. From the Select a User drop-down selection box, select the User that typically wants to see the Color Finish column in the results page.
2. Under the Show Color Finish, select Yes.
3. Click Update.
Now whenever the User performs an inquiry using Quick Search, the Show Color Finish checkbox is selected by default.
If the User keeps the default filter setup, the Color Finish column is included directly on the results page.
