How to Create a Cart

 

You are able to create requests for product in the SnapTracker site by adding products to carts and completing a checkout process.

Before starting, make sure:

  • You are logged in to SnapTracker.
  • Your user account has shopping enabled.
  • You have access to one customer with shopping enabled.
  • The correct Customer is selected from the Customer selection list.

This post outlines how to create a cart in SnapTracker.

 

1. In the header, click the Cart icon.

 

2. In the Cart side panel, click the dropdown arrow beside Cart.

 

3. In the additional side panel, click Create New Cart.

The Create New Cart pop-up displays.

 

4. Enter a Cart Name, an optional Cart Description, and click Create Cart.

 

A message displays that a cart was created.

Note: You can use the Inquiry screens to add product to the cart.

 

5. To view your cart, click View Cart in the success message.

 

The new, empty Cart Details screen displays.

 

Note: If you do not have a cart created, you are prompted to create one when you add product to a cart in the Inquiry screens.
