How to Enter Standards Information – User Defined 1 &2
Regardless to whether you create Standards manually or via SIF import, you can capture additional specific information of the Standard using the User Defined 1 and User Defined 2 screens.
This post outlines the additional Standards information you can enter using the User Defined 1 and 2 screens.
Step-by-step instruction
From the main navigation bar on the left, select Setup, Standard Setup, Standard Product. Standard Product screen displays.
User Defined 1
Select the User Defined 1 tab. The Standard User Defined 1 screen displays.
Select a Standard either by typing in the Standard using the Enter a Standard box or by doing a Search.
This screen enables you to enter the following additional information related to a Standard:
- Product Group
- Sif Flag – This is a non-editable field that is automatically updated by SnapTracker.
- Height
- Width
- Depth
- Weight
- Square Feet
- Cubic Feet
- Minimum Quantity
- Maximum Quantity
- Reorder Level
- Engineering Quote
- Engineering Product ID
- Batch No. – This is a non-editable field that is automatically updated by SnapTracker.
- Active Flag
- Print Indicator
Enter the information and click Update to store the information on the User Defined 1 screen.
User Defined 2
Proceed to select the User Defined 2 tab.
The Standard User Defined 12 screen displays.
Select a Standard either by typing in the Standard using the Enter a Standard box, or by doing a Search.
The User Defined Information 2 screen enables you to enter the following additional information related to a Standard:
- Price In
- Price Out
- Life Span Month
- Maintenance Length
- Create Date – This is a non-editable field that is automatically updated by SnapTracker.
- Last Update Date – This is a non-editable field that is automatically updated by SnapTracker.
- Maintenance Cost
- Repair Cost
- Refurbish Cost
- Color Finish
- User Field 1
- User Field 2
- User Field 3
- User Field 4
- User Field 5
- Miscellaneous Flag
- Stock Only Indicator
Enter the information and click Update to store the information on the User Defined 2 screen.
