How to View My Active Cart Details
You can access your active cart at any time in SnapTracker to view product details and order history.
Before starting, make sure:
- You are logged in to SnapTracker.
- Your account has shopping enabled.
- You have a cart already created, preferably with product in it.
This post outlines how to view your active cart details and how to understand the information.
1. In the header section, click the Cart icon.
The Cart side panel displays.

2. Click Go To Cart.

Observe the Cart Details screen.
Product information displays depending on your shopping rights:
- Image – The image of the Standard.
- Notes – Line Notes. Hover on the Note icon to display the full note. Click the Note icon to view, edit, or delete the note.
- Standard – The Standards added to the cart. Click the Standard hyperlink to open the Product Details pop-up.
- Model No. – The model number of the Standard. (This is also known as the Manufacturer part number).
- Description – Based on the description preference set up at the user’s shopping profile, either Manufacturer description or Custom description (if available). Click View More or select the View Detail Description checkbox to display available Option/Finishes, UNSPSC and Buyer Part ID. (UNSPSC and Buyer Part ID are based on user settings and may not display).
- Stock/New/Service – The current quantity added for the product in each ordering type. Below Stock, the bracketed number indicates the available quantity. Below New, the value indicates the price of the new product. Note: these fields appear based on user settings. A user only sees the New column if they are given the right to request new product.
- Total Price – Total Price of all units per product.

3. To view the details of a Standard, click a hyperlinked Standard.
The Product Details pop-up displays.

4. Review product information for the selected Standard.
Click X to close the Product Details pop-up.

Observe the totals below the product list:
- Sub-total – Value of all units of product.
- Additional Charges – Any additional charges at the Standard, Standard Class, or Customer level. Additional Charges can be labelled differently. Examples in the screenshot include Additional Charge, Delivery and Installation.
- Grand Total Price – Total value of all products and additional fees.

5. To view Order History information, click the + icon beside Order History.
The full list of Order History of the cart displays.

6. To close the Order History, click the – icon or Collapse All.
