SnapTracker Interface: Active Cart

 

The Cart function enables you to see summary information on the active cart, or view other open carts you have access to. Additionally, you can navigate to the Cart Details screen or other order/request related screens.

Before starting, make sure:

  • You are logged in to SnapTracker.
  • Your account has shopping enabled.
  • You have access to one customer with shopping enabled.
  • The correct Customer is selected from the Customer selection list.

This post outlines how to access the cart function to view cart related information and navigate to order/request related screens.

 

1. In the header, click the Cart icon.

 

The Cart side panel displays.

 

Observe the Cart side panel details, which provides summary information on the active cart:

  • Go To Cart icons: Navigates you to the active Cart Details screen.
  • Sub-total: The sub-total of the active cart.
  • Cart: The name of the active cart.
  • Items in Cart: The quantity of products in the active cart.

The additional links, such as My Carts, Quotes Waiting Acceptance, My Quotes, etc., act as quick access links to key order/request related screens. Links are available based on User Access.

Note: If carts were created during previous sessions, the last accessed cart is the active cart when the user logs on.

 

2. Click the dropdown arrow beside Cart.

An additional side panel displays with all your existing carts, if available.

 

3. To create a new cart, click Create New Cart.

The Create New Cart pop-up displays.

 

4. Enter a Cart Name and optionally, a Cart Description.

To create a new cart, click Create Cart.

 

5. To view the My Carts screen, click My Carts in the main Cart side panel or click View All Carts in the additional side panel.

 

6. To go to the Cart Details screen, click one of the the Go To Cart icons, or the cart name.

 

7. Hover on any Menu to display a tooltip explaining the purpose of the screen.

To display a specific screen, click the Menu Name.
